Overview
Specialist-Talent Sourcing is a key role to support G42 talent attraction and sourcing strategies. This role will be directly responsible for understanding the job description and the overall expectations of a hiring manager, developing creative & focused sourcing strategies leveraging the industry leading tools & platforms and building talent pipelines of active & passive candidates to support the current and future roles.

Responsibilities
Sourcing & Candidate engagement
- Ability to understand technology job descriptions and advise the hiring managers on appropriate skills, key words required to conduct the search
- Hands on experience of advanced search techniques not limited to google search, X ray search and all other ways of effective sourcing
- Prior experience of working on any industry known ATS & its functionalities and CRM to be able to use and leverage the provided tools for both sourcing as well as maintaining candidate lifecycle
- Ability to drive active engagement with both active and passive candidates sourcing
- Craft tailored social media campaigns leveraging employer branding collaterals to drive traffic to the G42 Careers portal
- Conduct preliminary evaluation of applicants’ qualifications in line with the Job description, including live screening of applicants, and present to recruiters
Stakeholder Management
- Support TA Partners in attending the requisition intake calls, develop & deliver talent market analysis & insights to guide the hiring managers in developing a comprehensive talent attraction strategy
- Act as a brand advocate to present and sell the G42 opportunity to the qualified candidates and engage them to the point of being interested to work with G42
- Develop job postings collaterals and other talent attraction related content (along with employer branding team) as it may be required
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
- Flexibility to support other/adhoc tasks as assigned by the Talent Acquisition Leader
Qualifications
- Demonstrated 7+ years of work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, sourcing recruiter for technical roles
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM and any other Selection & Recruitment tools
- Deep knowledge of leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, including Boolean search strings.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Insights and talent market mapping a plus
- Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English as a primary language (particularly business email writing skills)
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
- Graduation as a minimum qualification
