Specialist Sourcing Operational Services

Ideally, we would like you to have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field. You will also have a minimum of 4 years’ prior experience in successfully managing Operational Services sourcing and capable of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

You will demonstrate multi-tasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. In addition to this, you will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and be able to interface effectively with all levels of management.

In this role, you will have the natural ability to effectively influence through knowledge, relationship management, and trust. Having an exceptional creative and analytical problem-solving skill set with a strong desire to constantly grow and evolve will be crucial.

Experience of working within a large-scale hotel or resort, ideally within the UAE market, would be preferred, and experience working with Operational Services is essential. You will have experience with word processing, spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations, contract software, ERP, and e-Sourcing. You will also have experience in negotiation, analysis and a good understanding of contractual terms and conditions.
