Execute end-to-end Real Property Transactions, ensuring proper documentation and timely submission.
Review, certify, and submit for approvals the Real Property Transactions documents.
Maintain a well-organized Real Property Transactions record database containing essential real property transaction details, parties involved, and critical dates.
Approve transactions as per signed DOA.
Review application submissions, update records, and submit for approvals to reflect any information amendments, modifications, writs, etc.
Collaborate with property owners to collect information and resolve queries.
Cultivate positive relationships to ensure a seamless real property transaction process.
Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries, complaints, and concerns from clients regarding Real Property Transactions.
Exhibit professionalism and effective problem-solving in addressing issues.
Generate periodic reports on real property transaction status and areas for potential improvement.
Contribute valuable data for informed decision-making.
Generate regular reports on lease registration metrics, performance, and potential areas for improvement.
Understand, adopt, adhere to, and practice responsibilities or controls as per ADGM Information Security policy and best practices explained in the induction and awareness sessions.
Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the ADGM Information at all times, both within and outside ADGM.
Complete in a timely manner any other tasks and duties assigned.
