Specialist Ophthalmology

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Ophthalmologist to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of eye diseases, conditions, and vision problems, while providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations to diagnose visual impairments, eye diseases, and disorders.
• Prescribe corrective lenses, medication, or recommend surgical procedures when necessary.
• Perform specialized ophthalmic surgeries, including cataract removal, laser procedures, and corneal transplants.
• Manage and treat chronic eye conditions such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools such as OCT, Fundus photography, and visual field testing.
• Collaborate with optometrists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive eye care.
• Educate patients on eye health, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in ophthalmic treatments and surgical techniques.

Requirements:

• Medical degree (MD, MBBS) with specialization in Ophthalmology.
• Valid medical license and board certification in Ophthalmology.
• Minimum 3-5 years of clinical experience in a hospital or specialized eye clinic.
• Proficiency in diagnostic procedures and surgical techniques related to eye care.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment.
