About Role:
Review all HSE policies, regulations, procedures, and legal requirements to ensure compliance with ADNOC Refining standards and to adapt to national, regional, and international trends.
Monitor and maintain the HSE Policy and associated mechanisms, ensuring clear communication and understanding throughout the company.
Develop an action plan to complete IMS implementation, tracking and reporting findings.
Develop and update the yearly Integrated HSE Audit Plan (Tier 2 Audit) in collaboration with ADNOC Refining Sites.
Lead Tier 2 Audits for ADNOC Refining Sites/Divisions to conduct integrated Quality & HSE compliance reviews.
Facilitate external audits, monitoring and following up on findings and recommendations.
Prepare audit reports and review feedback and implementation status on compliance review findings.
Prepare and report Audit/HSE studies compliance reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ADNOC management.
Carry out the validation of the HSE & Process Safety Assurance Program for ADNOC Refining Sites/Divisions, monitoring and following up on findings.
Plan an action plan for validating the Contractors HSE Assurance Program.
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Safety, or equivalent qualifications.
8 years of experience in safety matters, preferably in the petrochemical or oil/gas industry, with adequate experience in the development and implementation of HSE Management Systems and auditing. Experienced in conducting HSE Assessments including HAZOP, HSEIA, QRA, JSA, etc.
