Specialist - Emiratization & Engagement (UAE National) - 6 x Month - Contract Role

The Incumbent is responsible for overseeing and administering the UAE nationals & fresh graduate development programs. Also, will be responsible for the induction and proper onboarding of UAE nationals new joiners in addition to other engagement activities.

Accountabilities

  • Prepare a yearly plan for each fresh graduate that enters the company
  • Meet with the fresh grads and their line managers each quarter to ensure the development program is being followed
  • Coordinate between the line manager and training division for any training needs required for the fresh grad development
  • Provide quarterly development status reports to the line manager
  • Assign coaches to the fresh grads that will guide them throughout their 1 year at Bee'ah
  • Organize and host town hall gatherings for the UAE nationals to provide them with the future HR plans specific to UAE nationals development within the organization
  • Perform inductions to UAE nationals new joiners
  • Provide cultural induction to non-UAE nationals new joiners
  • Connect the new joiner with a buddy for a minimum period of 2 months during the probation period to ensure a smooth onboarding
  • Maintain contact with various higher universities and educational institutes to keep internship channels open
  • Coordinate and arrange for conducting the employee engagement survey Ma'an that happens every two years which includes providing database, rebranding etc.
  • Research & remain up to date with various programs provided within the UAE for UAE nationals development
  • Attend to career fairs organized for UAE nationals talent and represent the company
  • Maintain records of all UAE Nationals candidates applying for jobs within Bee'ah
  • Interview UAE Nationals candidates and identify potential business units suitable for them
  • Attend to engagement activities as requested by the line manager

Job Requirements

Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Training, HR or related field
  • Minimum 5 Years experience in related field
  • HR certification SHRM/CIPD is an advantage

Knowledge & Skills

  • Learning management systems, solutions and tools
  • Knowledge in Engagement surveys
  • Excellent public speaking with great communication skills both verbal and written
