KBR is looking for a Specialist Electrical Commissioning Engineer (Power Generation) (Site role) for a PMC / EPC project to be based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Main Responsibilities

1. At least 15+ years' experience in a similar position; essential to have experience with ICAPS or similar proprietary completion systems.
2. Excellent written and verbal commissioning communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
3. Experience in multicultural project teams.
4. At least 5 years' experience of Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning EPC facilities.
5. Experience of Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning and Start Up of Electrical facility equipment including LV switchboard, distribution, UPS, electrical motors & PLCs, heat tracing, etc.
6. Familiarity with ATEX certification and hold a valid certificate of training on ATEX-certified equipment.
7. Experience in preparing all Pre-Procedural requirements for Company review and approval.
8. Identification of consumables/First Fills for Commissioning and Start Ups.

Experience OR Qualifications

1. Minimum overall 17+ years of oil & gas experience.
2. Must have at least 10 years' experience working on Site projects.
3. Bachelor's degree in engineering is a MUST.
4. EPC experience is a must.
5. PMC experience is an added advantage.
6. GCC experience required.
