Specialist Dermatologist and Medical Director

Job Brief:

Shuraa is currently hiring for a client who is launching its aesthetic and dermatology clinic here in Dubai. The client is seeking a dynamic experienced professional for a dual role that combines both Specialist Dermatologist & Medical Director responsibilities. This unique position offers the opportunity to lead clinical operations while delivering exceptional patient care in the field of dermatology. The successful candidate will not only bring their clinical expertise but also assume the pivotal role of Medical Director, shaping the clinic's vision for delivering unparalleled care and aesthetic excellence.

Objective of this role:

1. Oversee all operations and activities of the clinic to deliver desired results which are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
2. Advise treatment plans and practice medical procedures.
3. Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees.
4. Identify, evaluate and onboard the most effective dermatological equipment and technologies.
5. Ensure DHA guidelines and implementation of regulations, policies, and procedures.
6. Uphold standards of excellence and soaring quality.

Responsibilities

1. Clinical Expertise: Deliver world-class dermatological care, addressing both medical and aesthetic concerns with precision and empathy.
2. Aesthetic Procedures: Masterfully perform procedures such as laser treatments, injectables, chemical peels, and non-invasive rejuvenation techniques.
3. Leadership: Lead the medical team as the Medical Director, ensuring clinical excellence, compliance with DHA standards, and the implementation of best practices.
4. Patient Relationships: Cultivate enduring relationships with patients, emphasizing personalized care and an elevated patient experience.
5. Innovation: Stay at the forefront of advancements in dermatology and aesthetics, integrating cutting-edge technologies and treatments into the clinic’s offerings.
6. Documentation: Maintain meticulous records that reflect a commitment to confidentiality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

1. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience within the UAE, with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain a loyal patient base.
2. Personal Attributes:
   • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse clientele.
   • Leadership acumen to guide a multidisciplinary team in a collaborative environment.
