SearchPlus HR, a leading human resources consulting firm, is currently seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Specialist Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. As a Specialist Consultant in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, you will play a critical role in diagnosing and treating conditions affecting the mouth, jaw, and face. Your expertise in performing surgical procedures and providing comprehensive patient care will contribute to the overall health and well-being of our patients. In this role, you will evaluate patients, perform oral and maxillofacial surgeries, prescribe appropriate treatments and medications, and provide post-operative care. Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' medical history, symptoms, and perform physical examinations
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as X-rays and CT scans
Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the mouth, jaw, and face
Perform surgical procedures, such as dental extractions, corrective jaw surgeries, and facial trauma repair
Prescribe medications, therapies, and treatments to manage symptoms and promote healing
Provide pre-operative and post-operative care to patients
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans
Educate patients and their families about their condition, treatment options, and post-operative care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery
Requirements:
Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Specialist Consultant Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon
Completion of a recognized residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
Proven experience in performing various oral and maxillofacial surgeries
Expertise in diagnosing and treating conditions affecting the mouth, jaw, and face
Proficiency in utilizing advanced surgical techniques and technologies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
