We're Hiring: Special Educator at Dubai Autism Center!

Dubai Autism Center is seeking a dedicated Special Educator to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with autism.

Position: Special Educator
Location: Dubai, UAE
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with autism
2. Provide tailored instruction to students to support their academic and social development
3. Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and parents to ensure effective student progress
4. Monitor student progress and make adjustments to educational strategies as needed
5. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with children with autism (preferred)
3. CDA License Eligibility is a must
4. Knowledge of different teaching strategies and behavior management techniques
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
6. Fluency in written and spoken English (Arabic is a plus)
