Spare Parts Buyer

Job Description:

We’re hiring a Spare Parts Purchaser with solid experience in buying used car parts and strong knowledge of the UAE spare parts market—especially in Industrial Area 6 and Sajaa. You’ll be responsible for visiting suppliers on a daily basis (by scooter or bicycle), identifying and purchasing the right parts, and ensuring smooth coordination for delivery and stock intake.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit local scrap yards and vendors to purchase used spare parts
• Identify the right vendors based on car brand (e.g., Toyota, Nissan, German, etc.) and type of part
• Negotiate prices and confirm part quality and fitment before purchase
• Arrange transport/logistics for delivering parts to customer location. Make sure spare parts are cleaned up and loaded onto delivery vehicle
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Keep up-to-date with the market prices and trends for different makes/models
• Coordinate closely with the internal team for customer requirements and priority orders

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years experience in purchasing used spare parts in the UAE
• Must know local vendors and which car brands they specialize in
• Familiar with car part types (engine, suspension, electrical, body panels, etc.)
• Ability to ride a scooter or bicycle to move between vendors (daily travel required)
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Basic knowledge of using mobile apps or WhatsApp for order updates
• Physically fit and energetic – this job involves regular fieldwork
• Must be reliable, organized, and good at following up
