Spanish Sales Administrative

We are currently looking for a Spanish/English-speaking Sales Executive for a Travel and Tourism company who can join immediately and has at least 2 years of experience working in the travel-related industry.

Duties/Responsibilities:

1. Research and compare available travel and hotel accommodations to identify the best available option for each travel need.
2. When travel arrangements are within approved travel reasons and budget limits, make all arrangements and reservations as requested.
3. Prepare travel itineraries and distribute travel arrangements and schedules to all appropriate clients.
4. Obtain approval from Management for travel requests and expenses that exceed established limits.
5. Advise travelers and assist with any need for specialized travel documents such as visas or passports.
6. Monitor and facilitate the use of company air travel credit cards, frequent flyer programs, and other applicable rewards and loyalty programs.
7. Process payments, refunds, quotations, and invoices.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Spanish and English.
2. Strong working knowledge of the travel and tourism industry.
3. Excellent decision-making skills with the ability to assess multiple options and identify the best choice to serve a specified goal.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Proficient with Microsoft Office and related travel booking software.

Education and Experience:

1. Graduate of a Bachelor's degree.
2. Previous training and experience with travel/booking software.
