Spa Therapist

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Spa Therapist cum Beautician to join our team and provide exceptional wellness and beauty services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing the well-being of others through therapeutic treatments and beauty services. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a dedication to delivering personalized experiences to each client.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, and wraps.
• Conduct consultations with clients to determine their specific needs and preferences.
• Administer beauty treatments such as manicures, pedicures, waxing, and makeup application.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sterilizing equipment and maintaining inventory of products.
• Educate clients on proper skincare routines and recommend products for home care.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and techniques in spa therapy and beauty services.
• Uphold high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and protocols.

Qualifications:

• Certification or diploma in massage therapy, aesthetics, or a related field.
• Proven experience working as a spa therapist and/or beautician.
• Strong knowledge of different massage techniques, skincare treatments, and beauty products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to customize treatments based on individual client needs and preferences.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality services.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Umm al-Quwain City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• SPA therapist/Beautician: 1 year (Preferred)
