Spa Therapist

Responsibilities:

1. To create a positive first impression to the guests by greeting them in a warm and friendly manner by name.
2. To contribute to the high level of services offered in accordance with the company's standard as detailed in the Standard Operating Procedures.
3. To perform quality spa services according to the company's treatment standards.
4. To ensure that all equipment associated with the spa services is in good working order.
5. To be able to answer all questions related to spa services and identify the benefits or advantages of treatments required to the guests.
6. To assist with demonstrations and events as required.
7. To participate in any new training and refresher programs as required.
8. To update the therapist log book.
9. To complete all assignments to the deadlines as requested by the Spa Manager or Senior Spa Therapist.
10. To respond to change in a positive and flexible manner.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience working as a Spa Therapist.
2. CPR and First Aid certifications are advantageous.
3. Sound knowledge of anatomy physiology and different massage techniques.
4. Effective communication skills.
5. Exceptional customer service skills.
6. Preferably female therapist.
