4. Knowledge of Spa Treatments

1. Expertise in a range of treatments such as body wraps, aromatherapy, reflexology, and hydrotherapy.
2. Understanding of the benefits and contraindications for various spa therapies.

5. Attention to Detail

1. Paying close attention to client needs, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and well-organized.

6. Anatomy and Physiology

1. Understanding of human anatomy, especially muscles, bones, and the circulatory system.
2. Knowing how to target and treat specific areas of tension or pain.

7. Time Management

1. Ability to manage appointment schedules efficiently, ensuring treatments are completed on time.

8. Physical Endurance and Stamina

1. The physical ability to perform long hours of treatments, often requiring strength and energy for tasks like massage.

1. Maintaining confidentiality, dressing appropriately, and adhering to a professional code of ethics.

10. Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations

6. Actively participate in other areas of the Spa Operation, such as body treatments, product knowledge, and retail sales.
7. Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
8. Follow departmental policies and procedures.
9. Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
10. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

1. Certification from an accredited school of Massage and Aesthetics required.
2. All professional licenses are to be current.
3. CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
4. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
5. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
6. Highly responsible & reliable.
7. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
