Spa Therapist

Responsibilities:

1. Performing a variety of treatments such as Swedish deep tissue hot stone massage facials and body wraps tailored to each guest's needs.
2. Consulting with clients to determine their preferences and requirements before treatment ensuring the best experience possible.
3. Providing a relaxing and calming environment by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the treatment rooms and spa areas.
4. Offering expert advice on the best treatments products and services for each guest based on their needs.
5. Maintaining detailed records of treatments provided and preferences to ensure a personalized experience for return guests.
6. Monitoring and maintaining spa equipment and supplies to ensure everything is in working order and well-stocked.
7. Providing a high level of customer service addressing any guest concerns or special requests in a timely and professional manner.
8. Adhering to safety and sanitation standards to create a clean and safe environment for both guests and staff.

Requirements

1. Certified Spa Therapist with relevant qualifications (Diploma/Certification in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or equivalent).
2. Previous experience in a luxury spa or wellness environment is highly desirable.
3. Excellent knowledge of various massage techniques and body treatments.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team-oriented environment.
6. Passion for wellness and a commitment to providing exceptional guest service.
7. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
8. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
