The Spa Supervisor plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the spa, delivering an exceptional guest experience while maintaining the highest standards of luxury, service, and professionalism. This position oversees daily spa operations, supports the Spa team and assists in driving revenue, guest satisfaction and team engagement.
What will I be doing
As a Spa Supervisor, you are responsible for managing the spa team and carrying out treatments to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Spa Supervisor would also be required to achieve sales targets and manage customer feedback.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Ensure all guests receive a personalized and luxurious spa experience.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a strong presence in the spa, ensuring all service areas meet brand and hygiene standards.
- Monitor treatment quality to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Oversee the daily operations of the spa, including scheduling, inventory, and cleanliness.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor and maintain spa facilities, equipment, and supplies.
- Assist in implementing spa promotions, packages, and seasonal offers.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance guest experiences.
- Support and supervise spa therapists, receptionists, and attendants.
- Conduct training sessions to maintain high service standards.
- Motivate and mentor staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment.
- Assist in performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Drive spa revenue by promoting treatments, retail products, and memberships.
- Assist in achieving sales targets through upselling and cross-selling services.
- Monitor guest feedback and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction.
- Comply with hotel security, fire, and health and safety regulations.

- Certification in hospitality, wellness, or spa management is an advantage.
- This role requires flexibility, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
