SPA specialist

Responsibilities

• Answer all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing accurate information about the spa’s services, products, promotions, and scheduling.
• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a tour of the facilities, explaining the different services offered and answering any questions they may have.
• Schedule appointments for guests, ensuring that they are booked for the correct services at the most convenient times.
• Check guests in and out of their appointments, keeping track of their service history and preferences.
• Process payments for services rendered, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Keep the reception area clean and organized at all times, stocking it with brochures, magazines, and other materials as needed.
• Assist the Spa Manager with various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, ordering supplies, and maintaining records.
• Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and tactful manner, escalating them to the Spa Manager as necessary.
• Promote the sale of spa products and services to guests, upselling when appropriate.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven customer service experience in a luxury setting.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willing to relocate to Qatar.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in English.
