With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Spa Receptionist to join our spa team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai.

With the global growth of our brands, you will be an integral part of the Resort's success, and your role goes beyond developing potential relationships where you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences to our loyal guests of the spa in line with the Hotel brand standards. Responsible for revenue generation through retail, upselling, and cross-sales to other business centers in the spa.

The suitable candidate will be reporting directly to the Director of Wellness and should have at least 1 year's experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels. He/She must have strong experience in the health & beauty section, be creative, dynamic, passionate, and flexible.

Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and/or another language are required. Computer literacy, including relevant software experience, is necessary. Middle East/GCC experience is an advantage.
