As a Spa Receptionist, your responsibilities include:
Overseeing all reservations, payment, and tracking procedures established for the Spa facilities.
Creating a warm welcome and a friendly atmosphere.
Issuing and retrieving locker keys and towels before and after use.
Promoting all activities and services offered within the Spa.
Posting charges in micros that may be incurred by guests and carrying out correct accounting procedures.
Periodically checking on the cleanliness and order of the locker facilities.
Ensuring the reception area is tidy and clean, with materials such as towels, newspapers, magazines, and advertising material readily available.
Encouraging sales through full product and price knowledge of offered and available facilities.
Skills Education, Qualifications & Experiences You should ideally have a diploma/degree in hospitality with previous work experience within a hotel. Good written and verbal English communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities are essential. Computer skills are an advantage.
Knowledge & Competencies The ideal candidate will be customer-driven with excellent guest service skills and the ability to handle complaints. You are a positive, smiley individual with a sportive, outgoing, and approachable character.
