Job description

SPA Receptionist is primarily responsible for addressing TB Member's concerns and inquiries in an efficient and professional manner.

SPA Receptionist ensures excellent communication throughout Pause and across the Tracks. Continually notifies employees of any cancellations and the arrival of unscheduled walk-ins. Warmly greets and meets each of our Members as well as provides daily maintenance of common areas.

This Job Description intends to highlight the most critical areas of responsibility only and does not cover all aspects of the position.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Warmly greets, directs, and guides TB Members to the appropriate treatment rooms.
  2. Ensures to offer and serves a welcome drink to incoming and outgoing Members.
  3. Is the first and last representation of Pause front of the house, opens and closes at the appropriate time.
  4. Conducts assessments and consultations.
  5. Responds to Members' inquiries and instructs clients.
  6. Resolves complaints or if unable to handle, informs the right managerial level.
  7. Ensures maximum Member satisfaction through a personalized approach and recognition while delivering requested services.
  8. Recommends and sells Pause follow-up treatment packages, treatment plans, and related aftercare products.
  9. Completes tasks promptly with minimum supervision and ensures that work quality meets the TB standards.
  10. Provides administrative support to the team and management.
  11. Gathers and updates data of Members and inserts them in the system.
  12. Maintains records of services and submits relevant reports.
  13. Ascertains a high degree of anticipation and maintains a Net Promoter Score as well as promotes a professional image to the internal and external Members.
  14. Advises on service treatments, programs, products, and assists in promoting Pause offerings to first and foremost improve the experience and transformation of members while secondarily and as a result increases sales.
  15. Upholds the standards of sterilization and hygiene as directed by Law and Pause & The Bridge Experience Procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. High school diploma or a college degree.
  2. A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in the hospitality, spa, and telecommunication industry with demonstrable results and exceptional communication skills.
  3. Candidate with certification in wellness, receptionist is at an advantage.
  4. Must understand, communicate in English and carry out instructions in oral or written format.
  5. Exceptional computer literacy and database management skills.
  6. Passionate about Holistic Wellness and eager to continuously keep learning.
  7. Must inherently understand the work environment characteristics and the noise level that should be low volume to quiet inside Pause premises.
