We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Spa Manager to join our team and assist in developing a brand-new spa from scratch in Abu Dhabi. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with expertise in spa operations, design, and management to help shape a new wellness destination.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement spa policies and procedures to ensure smooth operations
• Manage and oversee spa staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
• Create and maintain a welcoming and relaxing atmosphere for guests
• Monitor and analyze spa performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
• Advising on space requirements and layout
• Guiding the development of spa services and treatments
• Managing the operational setup of the spa
• Ensuring the spa meets industry standards and exceeds client expectations

The ideal candidate should have:

• Proven experience in spa management and development
• In-depth knowledge of wellness industry trends
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
