What you'll do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:

You will be responsible for developing and implementing spa services, programs, and activities that align with the hotel's brand and to ensure our guests receive nothing but the best experience. You'll also manage the spa team, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Ensure the spa facility is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality. Develop and manage the spa budget, forecasting revenue and expenses, and identifying opportunities to increase profitability. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including vendors, suppliers, and contractors. Ensure the spa meets all regulatory and legal requirements, including health and safety, sanitation, and licensing. Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and excellence among the spa team and across the hotel.

What you'll bring

You'll bring your unique personality and passion to the role and the team. You have a talent for building lasting relationships with internal and external customers and passion for working in hospitality. You will be skilled at managing budgets, financial statements, and forecasting revenue and expenses. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field. You will have a relevant professional certification or hotel school diploma and have experience in a leadership role in a luxury spa or wellness environment and strong knowledge of spa and wellness operations, treatments, and trends. Your previous experience in the Middle East will be a competitive advantage. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment. Communication is what keeps our departments running perfectly. You have great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic. English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
