Sous Chef
Work alongside the Executive Sous Chef to manage daily kitchen activities and take over the majority of the responsibilities, such as:
Additional certifications relating to cooking are mandatory.
8-10 years of experience in culinary arts with exposure to various kinds of cuisines in a 5-star company is preferred.
General Job Knowledge and Skills include:
Chef de Cuisine
All Kitchen Junior Staff
AED 8,000 (Sous Chef)
5 days a week
An employment visa will be provided to the employee. Group medical insurance will be provided to employees and their dependents. Upon completion of the second year of employment, the employee will be entitled to the equivalent of an economy-class airfare.
