Sous Chef - Pastry

With stunning resorts located across the globe and exciting expansion planned, Kerzner International currently has a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef Pastry to join the Food Preparation team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide a smooth run of the overall pastry operations of the resort.
2. Ensure continuous quality and consistent standards of One&Only.
3. Develop potential relationships with guests and colleagues.

Minimum Requirements:

1. At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in luxury resorts or five-star hotels.
2. Strong experience in European pastries, as well as Asian and Middle Eastern pastries.
3. Innovation, creativity, dynamism, passion, flexibility, and good people skills.
4. Excellent spoken and written English.
