What You Will Be Doing
Actively share ideas, opinions and suggestions to improve the environment and menus
Ensure the consistency in the preparation of all food items for a la carte menus according to property recipes and standards
Communicate effectively with the rest of the team and thrive for guest feedback
Should be able to adhere to HACCP Standards
Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, inventory management, and maintenance of kitchen equipment and supplies
Qualifications Your experience and skills include:
Should have at least 2 years experience as Sous Chef for an A la Carte Restaurant
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment with high volume of guests
Should have expertise in Ala carte
Should have culinary education background
Ability to work cohesively and collectively as part of a team
