Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the kitchen is managed efficiently and professionally, and that the teams are fully prepared and ready for each service.
  2. Provide support and training to all members of the BOH team with a strong emphasis on career development.
  3. Effectively manage stock, storage, and equipment as per SOPs - working with relevant stakeholders to overcome any issues.

Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this role, you will come from a high-cover environment with experience working with either Arabic, French, or Italian cuisine. Given the diversity of our teams, strong communication skills are essential.
