Sourcing Specialist – Talent Acquisition (Abu Dhabi)

In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and securing the best candidates for a variety of business functions.

As a Sourcing Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to manage the end-to-end sourcing process, from understanding the hiring needs to engaging candidates and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience. Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct an intake session with hiring managers to fully understand the job requirements, role expectations, and team dynamics before initiating the sourcing process.
2. Draft and post compelling job ads that attract top talent, clearly outlining role responsibilities, qualifications, and company culture.
3. Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
4. Utilize sourcing tools and platforms to build diverse talent pipelines for key roles and business functions.
5. Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, fit, and interest in the role.
6. Build and maintain talent pools for critical and high-demand skills.
7. Maintain accurate records of candidate engagement, sourcing efforts, and pipeline status.
8. Work closely with the HRBP's & onboarding team to ensure a seamless hiring and onboarding process.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. 4-6 years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, preferably in a high-volume environment.
3. Strong understanding of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
4. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion HCM is highly preferred.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively and build relationships with hiring managers.
6. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
