Sourcing Specialist
Job Purpose:
The role will be responsible for sourcing food & beverages and Non-food related items and managing vendors for EKFC. The successful candidate will be able to perform sourcing activities across multiple categories of spend, search for better deals and find more profitable suppliers. Key measurement of success will be ability to demonstrate value addition (cost saving) to the business through effective implementation of sourcing initiatives.

Knowledge, Skills & Minimum Experience:
Education Qualification:
a) Bachelor’s Degree (must have)
b) Industry qualified within procurement profession preferred (MCIPS or equivalent) (preferred)
Work Experience:
a) Years of Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field
b) Area of Experience: Experience working in a Procurement/category management position in a similar role/industry preferably in aviation, airline catering or hospitality
Skills:
Technical knowledge of the F&B/Non-F&B procurement categories.
Working knowledge of ERP Systems such as Oracle and SAP.
Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
Knowledge of contractual terms and conditions.
