Sommelier

We are excited to announce the opening of a finedining Italian restaurant at a prestigious luxury hotel in Dubai and we are looking for a talented Sommelier to join our team. If you have a deep passion for wine, excellent guest service skills, and a strong knowledge of wine pairings, this is your opportunity to shine in an exceptional setting!

Salary: AED 6000
House & Transportation Allowance: AED 3000
Contract Duration: 12-24 months
Medical Insurance Provided
Joining Ticket / Flight Ticket Every 2 years
Joining Date: Within one month (once documents are ready)
Working Hours: 6 days a week, 9-10 hours per day (including a 1-hour break)

What We’re Looking For:

1. Upper-Intermediate English or above
2. Previous experience as a Sommelier in a 5-star hotel or finedining restaurant
3. Strong knowledge of wines, wine pairings, and the ability to educate guests
4. Passion for wine and luxury service
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Positive attitude, team-oriented, and passionate about delivering world-class service
