Solutions Executive - Facilities Management

We are currently recruiting for a Solution Executive - Facilities Management to join our Integrated Facilities Services team in our HQ, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Free Zone.
Scope: The Solution Executive is responsible for developing and presenting technical and commercial solutions in response to complex MEP RFP's/RFT's. This role involves assessing scope, conducting site visits, and developing technical and commercial solutions.
- Develop competitive pricing strategies that ensure quality and align with financial goals
- Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and maximize profitability
- Conduct benchmarking against industry standards to ensure competitive and attractive pricing structures
Customer
- Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and project requirements
- Identify and propose value-add services that enhance the overall value proposition to customers
- Draft comprehensive responses to RFP's that meet customer requirements and expectations
- Present technical solutions and proposals to customers, addressing their specific needs and concerns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their evolving needs and ensure satisfaction
- Lead mobilizations/small scale projects, if required, post winning the contract
Process
- Conduct thorough reviews of RFPs to ensure scope compliance and identify key project requirements
- Identify and coordinate with specialist resources needed for tender projects
- Collaborate with other business units to ensure timely and accurate submission of tender documents such as procurement, commercial, legal, etc.
- Develop detailed technical presentations and documentation for tender submissions
- Ensure all tender submissions adhere to internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements
- Identify and include innovative solutions and technologies that enhance service offerings
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously improve tender responses and solutions
- Identify new service offerings that can differentiate the company from competitors
- Provide feedback and insights to the operations team to refine and enhance service based on tender experiences
Selection Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical discipline)
- CFM Certification is an added advantage.
- 2 years in a similar position and 5+ years in the FM industry
- Technical skills: Knowledge of FM Processes and methods, MEP Systems, Maintenance standards, local regulations, proven experience in developing technical and commercial solutions, excellent analytical and financial skills
- Soft Skills: Customer Service Orientation, Critical Thinking, Problem solving, ability to work collaboratively and manage complex projects, innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and value creation
- Hard Skills: Reporting skills, Risk analysis and mitigation planning, SLA/KPI understanding
