Solutions Architect

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a digital solutions agency in Dubai seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect with expertise in Microsoft Azure .NET and Python to design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing cloud-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of cloud architecture, software development best practices, and DevOps methodologies to drive innovation and efficiency in enterprise applications.

1. Solution Design & Architecture:
   Design cloud-native and hybrid solutions using Azure services (Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, etc.).
   Define microservices and event-driven architectures leveraging .NET (C#) and Python.
   Ensure security, scalability, and high availability in solution design.
2. Development & Implementation:
   Lead the development of enterprise applications using .NET Core, Python, and related frameworks.
   Integrate cloud solutions with third-party APIs and on-premise systems.
   Optimize performance and implement best practices for Azure-based deployments.
3. DevOps & CI/CD:
   Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
   Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
   Ensure monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
4. Collaboration & Leadership:
   Work closely with stakeholders, developers, and DevOps teams to ensure seamless project execution.
   Conduct code reviews, architectural reviews, and mentor development teams.
   Stay up to date with Azure and cloud-native technologies advocating for best practices.

• 5 years of experience in software development with expertise in .NET (C#) and Python, and 3 years of experience in cloud architecture and solutions design using Microsoft Azure.
• Strong experience with Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Service Bus, and Event Grid.
• Experience in RESTful API design, GraphQL, and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS).
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
• Knowledge of authentication & security protocols (OAuth, JWT, Azure AD, Managed Identities).
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on performance optimization and scalability.

• Certifications like Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204).
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (if applicable) using Python.
• Knowledge of Power BI, Data Engineering, or AI-related Azure services.
• Experience working with enterprise-scale solutions and complex integrations.
