Solutions Architect

Job Description:
We are hiring a Solutions Architect to design and oversee technology solutions for conversational AI applications, focusing on scalability, performance, and security.

About the role:

1. Design end-to-end solutions aligned with business goals.
2. Analyze and enhance customer interactions using AI/chatbots.
3. Monitor performance and optimize solutions.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define specifications.
5. Guide development teams and provide technical expertise.
6. Develop high-level product specifications.
7. Document architecture solutions.

About you:

1. Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field.
2. Experience as a Solutions Architect or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices.
4. Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, Ruby, C#).
5. Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB).
6. Experience with DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
7. Excellent communication skills for presenting complex solutions.
8. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities.
