Job description

What's the Role?

The Solution Selling Consultant role will be the product and process expert for our Fleet/Tool Park Management and ON!Track Asset Management Software services, and be responsible for driving and increasing sales for these services.

What does the role involve?

  • Train Sales Management & Account Managers on our software solutions (ON!Track and Fleet Management).
  • Work with Area Sales Manager and Sales Account Manager to build our software solutions (ON!Track and Fleet Management) pipeline in their territory.
  • Play the leading role of customer acquisition, implementation and retention.
  • Act as product expert and process consultant by leading management meetings, performing onsite analysis, and implementing our software solutions (ON!Track and Fleet Management).
  • Generate software, hardware, and service revenue (contracts, onsite analysis, implementation, training).
  • Increase sales and penetration of ON!Track and Tool Park Management by coordinating with the sales team and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Coordinate efforts of the entire team of Area Sales Manager, Sales Account Manager, marketing team, and back office with a goal of improving market reach of ON!Track / Tool Park Management solutions.
  • Spearhead and partner with the sales team to take them through the entire ON!Track/Tool Park Management process.
  • Execute the strategy from finding the lead, acquisition, management meeting, closure, and retention.
  • Support launch of new products and features to team members and customers by acquainting them with feature benefits and solution functionality.

What you need is:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Minimum of 3 years consultative selling experience (SaaS or construction industry preferred).
  • Ability to make key decisions regarding change management and adjust each plan to individual needs.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills; Arabic is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment: Marketing, Sales, and other corporate team members.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong interest in software and skilled in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Drive to develop strong and sustainable relationships internally and externally.
  • High level of entrepreneurship and presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE Driver's license, or a transferrable license.
