Solution Architect (Oracle Health) Oracle

As an experienced Solution Architect on the Customer Success Organization aligned with the Client team, you will work in a team environment to provide functional and technical expertise/consulting to our clients. As you work with Oracle Health technologies, you will prioritize, plan, and deliver solution-specific requests and projects both independently and in a collaborative and fast-paced team environment.

You will use your troubleshooting skills to perform investigations of front-end applications by gathering information, using troubleshooting tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows internally and externally.

You will also use your solution expertise to bring about Oracle Health's innovations and solution capabilities. Our Solution Architects are also responsible for creating and maintaining documentation and knowledge transfer materials across the lifecycle of a project/investigation.

Your goal is incident resolution, application maintenance, and to provide tangible and measurable value outcomes that improve care delivery.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in IT, Healthcare, or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Healthcare IT, with a strong focus on Cardiology solution and Cerner Millennium environment.
  • Proven experience in CAMM, Skyvue installation and maintenance, Pathnet General Laboratory, Blood Bank, Microbiology, Anatomic Pathology along with CCL, FSI troubleshooting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working on Cardiology solutions involving CAMM, Ascend, and TomTec.
  • Experience working with 2 or more Oracle Health Millennium products.
  • Experience in technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working in Support or Application Managed Services organization.
