Job description

Description:

The Solution Architect for LeanIX at BlackStone eIT is a temporary position focused on optimizing and managing enterprise architecture management solutions. The architect will work closely with clients to ensure that LeanIX is integrated effectively within their IT landscape, promoting efficiency and transparency in their architecture processes.

Responsibilities:

The Solution Architect will be responsible for leveraging LeanIX functionalities to streamline business processes and provide strategic insights. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and define lean architecture objectives
  2. Designing and implementing LeanIX solutions that align with business goals and enhance visibility across IT assets
  3. Conducting workshops and training sessions for stakeholders to promote best practices and effective use of LeanIX
  4. Analyzing existing architecture frameworks and providing recommendations for improvement through LeanIX
  5. Monitoring and assessing LeanIX performance to ensure intended outcomes are achieved
  6. Communicating progress and key findings to cross-functional teams and leadership
  7. Developing documentation, including architectural diagrams, reports, and user manuals
  8. Supporting change management initiatives related to the adoption of LeanIX

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in solution architecture or enterprise architecture management
  • Proven experience with LeanIX or similar enterprise architecture tools
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders and present architectural solutions
  • Experience in gathering and documenting requirements from diverse business units
  • Ability to train and engage users on LeanIX best practices and functionalities
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams
  • Experience in change management processes
  • Previous experience working in a consulting environment is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a temporary role
