Job Description

We are looking for a talented Software Quality Assurance Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and experience in automation testing.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
2. Identify, report, and track defects.
3. Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
4. Collaborate with development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
5. Automate test cases using appropriate tools and frameworks.
6. Analyze test results and provide insights to improve product quality.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. 8+ years of experience in software testing.
2. Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
3. Experience with test automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, Cypress).
4. Knowledge of database testing and SQL.
5. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
6. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
2. Knowledge of security testing and penetration testing.
3. Experience with test management tools (Jira, TestRail).
4. Understanding of cloud-native testing.
