Define and implement Test Plan, automation approaches based on development methodology for medium complexity tests.
Manage different automation testing tracks for the integrated solution, helping team members / track leads estimate and plan their tracks efficiently.
Ensure delivery of test execution results as per test cycle defined timelines.
Collect relevant metrics and do proper reporting for test execution and maintain 100% test platform pass rate in SIT.
Create and ensure adherence to defect SLAs, ensuring no Sev1,2 defect leakage to SIT and higher environments and follow up for closure.
Actively participate in defect triage meetings and update defect details as per meeting outcomes.
Advise Tech Leads on overall testing estimates for the team.
