Financial Trading based in Dubai (hybrid or fully remote)
We are partnered with a global FinTech company to hire multiple Back-End Architects/Lead. Having experienced significant growth over the last few years, they are on an exciting trajectory, continuing to go from strength to strength. These are brand-new roles within the company, offering a unique opportunity to come in and shape the position to your strengths.
In this role, you will lead the Back-End of the company’s main trading platform, from both a technical and management perspective, so we’re looking for someone with proven experience in both areas. As part of a cross-functional tech team, you'll work closely with Design, Product, and the Front-End engineering team.

Ideal Experience:

1. 5+ years in a Team Lead, Head of, Staff, Principal or Architect role
2. Extensive experience with Go & Kafka
3. Extensive experience with datastores
4. Proven experience working on business-critical applications with a strong preference for FinTech experience
5. Excellent communication skills
