I am looking for an experienced teacher of Social Studies to join my client in Dubai for August 2019. This is a fabulous opportunity to work with a school which is about 30 minutes from the center of Dubai and has plenty of expat teachers. The school is well furnished and has a very nice family-friendly feel to it. It is accredited by NEASC and has an experienced Principal leading the school to success.

Requirements to Apply

• Degree in Social Studies / Humanities
• A valid state teaching license in Social Studies / Humanities
• Ideally 2 years teaching experience
• Western-trained
• Native speaker of English
• Tech-savvy
• Experience of teaching in the Middle East is preferred

The school day runs from 7 am to 2 pm and caters for a US education to students from 85 different nationalities. Teaching and learning is done in the medium of English, and Arabic is taught to students as both a first language and second language. The school is also very active in the arts, offering Music and Arts.
