Social Media Specialist

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an International Luxury Retail Distributor in the UAE with expansion plans. Our client is looking to hire a Social Media Specialist who will be responsible for creating and maintaining a strong online presence for their company and implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts.

Responsibilities

1. Oversees all company social media accounts management.
2. Develops engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts.
3. Optimizes content for publication across various social media sites.
4. Coordinates social media messaging with advertising departments, brand managers, and quarterly or seasonal company goals.
5. Works with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
6. Monitors user engagement with and feedback on every post.
7. Remains up-to-date with updates on all social media platforms.

Requirements

1. Proven work experience as a Social Media Executive with a Fashion Retail Brand.
2. Demonstrate the ability to understand the engagement metrics and KPIs.
3. Excellent knowledge of research requirements for social media strategy.
4. Strong oral and written communication skills (Arabic preferred).
5. Sound knowledge of paid social media advertising.
6. In-depth understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithm changes.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
