As we prepare to open our doors, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event and Sales Director to join our team and drive our success in the competitive Dubai market.
Position Overview :
The Events and Group Dining Sales Manager will play a crucial role in the successful launch and ongoing success of Sexy Fish Dubai. This role requires a passionate Event Sales Manager with a deep understanding of the Dubai MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) market and a proven track record in driving sales and event management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing key accounts and ensuring the seamless execution of all events.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the DMC (Destination Management Companies) and MICE markets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including corporate partners, event planners, and DMCs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all sales inquiries and negotiations.
- Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business through exceptional service and relationship management.
- Oversee the planning and execution of all events at Sexy Fish Dubai, from intimate gatherings to large-scale corporate functions.
- Collaborate with the culinary and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies that drive event bookings and sales.
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Prepare regular sales and event performance reports for senior management.
- Analyze data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales and event management, preferably within the luxury hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai MICE market and established relationships with key players in the industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
