Identify and collaborate with influencers and content creators to enhance brand visibility and engagement for our hotels.
Ability to create and manage social media accounts on emerging platforms to align with business demands and enhance brand visibility.
Develop creative and engaging social media content across platforms: visuals, videos, and blurbs/descriptions (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Plan and execute social media calendars aligned with hotel business objectives and seasonal demands.
Guide and oversee photoshoots and video shoots, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality content.
Create mood boards and pre-production plans to align visuals with the hotel’s brand identity.
Social Media advertising & performance tracking, analyze performance data, optimizing campaigns based on insights from Meta Business Suite both on desktop and mobile versions.
Create, plan and manage social media ad campaigns and content creation across multiple platforms with the support of Food and Beverage and Rooms to ensure a cohesive brand identity across all seasonal campaigns.
Have an in-depth understanding of Meta’s platform, including campaign creation, ad planning, and social media scheduling.
Stay up to date with platforms' algorithms, trends, and new features to maximize reach and engagement.
Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to edit and enhance video and photo content.
Create visually compelling stories, reels/short-form videos, and static photos for social platforms.
Work closely with the overall hotel teams to identify content opportunities.
Be a proactive thinker, suggesting new and creative ways to enhance our social media presence.
Engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
Be flexible and a team player, ready to support other marketing activities/projects as needed based on business demands.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Proven experience as a Social Media/content creator or similar role in hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B.
Strong knowledge of social media advertising, audience targeting, and analytics tools.
Expertise in photography and videography, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Lightroom, as well as other design and editing platforms like Canva and CapCut.
Ability to think creatively under pressure and adapt to fast-changing trends.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
A self-starter who is proactive and eager to bring fresh social media ideas to the table.
