- Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to enhance visual storytelling.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of social media accounts on various platforms.
- Ensure all platforms are updated consistently and optimized for growth.
- Monitor trends on each platform to ensure content relevance.
- Define campaign goals (traffic, engagement, conversions) and set measurable KPIs.
- Propose actionable strategies based on data analysis to improve performance.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community engagement.
- Proactively engage with followers, influencers, and potential customers to build relationships.
- Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone, values, and objectives.
- Develop social media guidelines for consistent messaging across teams.
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to align social media efforts with broader campaigns.
- Partner with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and credibility.

Requirements
- Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts for a brand or organization.

- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling abilities.
