Job Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a holistic social media strategy to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to craft targeted strategies.
  • Create a content calendar aligned with business goals, campaigns, and seasonal trends.
  • Produce high-quality platform-specific content including text, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Plan and execute short-form videos for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other creatives to enhance visual storytelling.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of social media accounts on various platforms.
  • Ensure all platforms are updated consistently and optimized for growth.
  • Monitor trends on each platform to ensure content relevance.
  • Define campaign goals (traffic, engagement, conversions) and set measurable KPIs.
  • Propose actionable strategies based on data analysis to improve performance.
  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community engagement.
  • Proactively engage with followers, influencers, and potential customers to build relationships.
  • Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone, values, and objectives.
  • Develop social media guidelines for consistent messaging across teams.
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to align social media efforts with broader campaigns.
  • Partner with influencers and brand ambassadors to amplify reach and credibility.
  • Experiment with emerging technologies like AR/VR for innovative social experiences.
  • Keep up-to-date with algorithm changes, platform updates, and industry advancements to inform strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing multiple social media accounts for a brand or organization.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in social media and content creation tools.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and creating actionable strategies.
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience in influencer marketing and partnerships.
  • Basic SEO knowledge and how it applies to social media strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of paid advertising strategies and campaign management.
