Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management
   Manage and maintain the school’s official social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
   Schedule, publish, and monitor posts, stories, and campaigns to ensure consistent branding.
   Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
2. Content Creation
   Develop creative and engaging content ideas for posts, videos, reels, and stories.
   Collaborate with teachers and staff to capture moments from school activities, events, and classrooms.
   Design graphics, infographics, and promotional materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
3. Campaign Development
   Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with the school’s marketing goals and events calendar.
   Monitor current trends to create timely and relevant campaigns for increased engagement.
   Collaborate with the Admissions and Marketing teams to promote enrollment and other initiatives.
4. Analytics & Reporting
   Track social media performance metrics and provide detailed reports on reach, engagement, and growth.
   Use insights to adjust strategies and recommend improvements.
5. Community Engagement
   Foster relationships with parents, students, and the community through interactive and relatable content.
   Identify and engage with local influencers or partners for collaborations.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, media, communication, or a related field qualification and at least 2 years of experience. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.
