Job description
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelors degree in mass communication, public relations, journalism, or any relevant field.
- 12 years experience in a similar post.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict-handling skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office tools).
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively manage clients' social media pages, including responding to fans, moderating pages, and proactively engaging with users.
- Enhance clients' public image through social media platforms.
- Act as a focal point to ensure communication between the client and their customers is managed efficiently.
- Perform activities based on clients' needs, such as listening, monitoring, or proactive engagement.
- Ensure the KPIs agreed with the client are achieved.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the use of social media platforms.
- Achieve high-quality results with only general supervision.
- Effectively communicate the company’s mission.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct manager.
