Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with faculty and staff to develop and implement programs and services that promote student success, retention, and graduation.
• Provide individual and group support to students to enhance their academic and personal development.
• Monitor student progress and provide appropriate interventions to ensure success.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve student engagement, motivation, and persistence.
• Coordinate student success initiatives such as academic support services, peer mentoring, and leadership development.
• Collaborate with campus partners to promote student wellness and connect students to appropriate resources.
• Collect and analyze data on student success and provide recommendations for program improvements.
• Stay up-to-date on trends and changes in student success practices and regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in education, counseling, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in student success, counseling, or related field.
• Knowledge of best practices in student success, retention, and graduation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in program development and implementation.
• Familiarity with student engagement, motivation, and persistence strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student success software.
