Position: Social Media Coordinator

Organization: Interior Design

About the Position: We are looking to hire a confident, proactive, and assertive Social Media Coordinator.

Benefits: Basic Salary + other benefits (as per UAE Labor Law)

Duties and Responsibilities:

Implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and create better impressions.
Oversee online traffic on all social media handles and growth hacking of platforms.
Define important social media KPIs and manage content.
Create and share engaging daily content, including text, images, and videos that promote the company’s brand.
Review current social media strategy to ensure alignment with company goals and values.
Stay updated on current social media trends and evaluate participation opportunities.
Monitor client engagement and interact with clients on social media posts.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure content is informative and appealing.
Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules.

Requirements:

Degree in Marketing, Communications (BA/BS/BBA).
Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a similar role.
Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, including platforms like Facebook, Twitter/X, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.
Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics.
Experience with HubSpot, HootSuite, or similar social media management tools is an advantage.
Strong creative mindset.
Proficient with MS Office and Graphic Design programs (e.g., Adobe Photoshop).
Knowledge of multiple online marketing channels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED 4,000.00 - AED 5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate: Sharjah - Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required).
