Social Media Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Posting:
   Develop engaging, original content for daily updates across all social media platforms.
   Create photo and video content using basic photography and videography skills.
   Edit photos and videos to maintain a consistent brand aesthetic.
2. Trend Tracking & Strategy:
   Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates.
   Suggest and implement new strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
3. Community Management:
   Interact with followers, respond to comments, and handle direct messages professionally and promptly.
   Build and maintain an engaged online community.
4. Analytics & Reporting:
   Monitor and report on key performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and growth.
   Provide insights to optimize content and campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills

1. Age Requirement: Must be between 23-26 years old.
2. Experience: Prior experience in managing social media accounts for a brand or organization is preferred.
3. Skills & Expertise:
   Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
   Basic knowledge of photography and videography.
   Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
   Strong understanding of current trends and best practices in social media marketing.
