Social Media Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Social Media & Personal Branding Manager to take charge of YouTube channel, podcast, and social media presence while helping me elevate the company brand and to join our team in Dubai.

This role is all about storytelling, content creation, and strategic online positioning. If you're passionate about digital media, love crafting engaging narratives, and know how to make a brand stand out, this might be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing & growing the company brand online – positioning me as a thought leader in HR, recruitment, and entrepreneurship
• Running the YouTube channel – from video uploads to optimizing content for engagement & visibility
• Overseeing the podcast – coordinating guests, publishing episodes, and making sure we reach the right audience
• Handling the LinkedIn, Instagram & other social platforms – crafting posts, engaging with the community, and ensuring brand consistency
• Creating short-form videos, reels & posts that showcase the expertise and company personality
• Keeping an eye on trends, tracking performance, and suggesting new ways to grow my audience and influence

Profile description

Who You Are

• You have a strong understanding of personal branding strategies
• You know how to create engaging, high-quality content across different formats (video, audio, written)
• You’re proactive, organized, and can lead projects independently
• You’re fluent in English (French is a BIG plus)
• You have experience with social media growth, audience engagement & community building

Bonus Points

• Video editing skills (even basic ones)
• Experience managing a podcast
• Understanding of social media analytics and digital marketing

Dubai – working closely with me on-site to create and manage content efficiently.
